method 12

The exercise that I enjoyed the most was also the one that took me the most time and that was method five with Photo Imaging. It was enjoyable because of the outcome. I didn't realize that there would be a photostream included with it. I would like to do this exercise again on my own sometime .

This program has affected me in a postive way because it forced me to go outside my comfort zone. I usually find I am more capable than what I thought and it boosts my confidence.

I wouldn't mind taking a course like this again. For me, thats gratifying, when my original thought was to just bite the bullet and pray like mad to get through it.

You did a really good job and the videos were simplistic and clear; however, if your not familiar with the lingo it can be distracting and hard to keep up. I'm one of those people who needs explicit step-by- step instructions.

Yes, I would participate. I thank you for this program and look forward to the next one.

method 11

I really enjoyed hearing the podcast on NPR radio. I often miss it due to working. I didn't know
it existed.

I feel this could be a useful tool in the library if one had specific items that they wanted to promote.

method 10

The most interesting part of this exercise is the ability to read someone elses thoughts concerning a specific subject.

In terms of how this may be applied in a library setting: A person could read a book
and leave their comments behind, so that another person who sees it could read the
comment and decide whether they might be interested in reading the book for themselves.

I chatted with a friend of mine from Travis' office. It was pleasant. Once I got on the site with her it wasn't difficult. I can see libraries doing this in the future. You might even want to hire someone to do this specific job if it was in a big city.

Method 8

Ok, it's 11:30 p.m.

How do I feel about social networking. It's hard to know when you don't
have any friends yet; otherwise, it's ok.

Privacy concerns? Maybe a few, but I left off most of my personal
information. I think professionally it would be alright provided I
had one of the websites I viewed earlier. Although, my biggest
problem would be remembering to check it. I'm lucky if I check my
own personal e-mail.

method 7

there are many good features to bookmarking:

First, is the ability to organize and categorize your lists so that
you may find specific data.

Secondly, is being able to access that same data from any computer.

Thirdly,it allows you see what others have found on differrent sites
and to utilize their information too.

Metho 5 Addendum

In order to view the tags you will have to watch the photostream presentation and look at the individual pictures on the page set.

Method 5

Once I realized that I had to hit EditHTML first and then Compose before I pasted the
photos and the video. It started to work just fine, although I still admit to being a little shaky.
Oh, what a difference a day makes.

This took me a long time to complete. Some of the instructions seemed confusing.
I'm still struggling with method 5 and will be trying to figure this out next. So they
will be out of order.
