I guess I was most impressed by the word usage in these videos. Words like:
engagement, commitment, empowerment, reflection, motivation, expand,
sharing, collaborating, ethics, priorities, and strategies. Each of these words promotes
a sense of confidence and thoughtfullness. I have to say, for me personally that
change is a scary word, and yet my life seems to be full of it. I have been fortunate
in my life to have had people who would mentor me and tell me to get back up
when it would have been so much easier to lay down and just do what was easy.
I am most influenced by my belief in God and the knoweledge that He is always
present no matter what I may face. I realize that to some, the challenges I face now
would be inconsequential. So I shall mount up with wings as eagles; I shall run, and
not be weary; and I shall walk, and not faint. Here goes.....
